Great for families

The room and amenities are generally all great, esp for families that need a kitchenette. The pool, restaurants and flat turf areas for young kids to run around we're perfect for us. The only thing lacking is probably the pace of service. They mentioned they were short staffed, so asking for additional items like blankets, towels, taking out the trash, etc. took the full day and additional reminders to get the items in.

Property was great. Love the kitchen in the room. Pool and hot tub were fabulous. Nice to have a balcony. Negative was our room overlooked the back of the Meritage where all the food deliveries go and the dumpsters are. Garbage collection at 0300 was not good for sleep nor was the dropping of large garbage objects at 0100. Overall the resort was fabulous for our 4 day trip to Napa. If I would have known about the location of the room before check in I would have asked for a different room.

Renovation zone - beware

A lot of construction and painting going on now - it is being renovated. I feel like we should have been given notice or heads up while booking or shortly after. We were actually ok with it, but I can see how some people might not take it so well
