Great Location in Picture Perfect New England Village

Rebuilt in 2013 from the ground up 2,000 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, comfortably sleeps a maximum of 6, however can make exceptions with prior approval.
Check in: 4:00 pm. Check out: 10:00 am.
Three night minimum for 2022 Season (May-October) at $400/per night.
Note: two day requests may be considered at $500.00 per night.
This house offers an open concept plan for the kitchen, dining and living areas. Fully equipped granite/stainless steel kitchen, large dining table that can seat up to eight with a cozy but spacious living room area. There is an additional Den/TV room with a large sofa (potential extra bedroom for one) and 42" flat-screen HD TV with cable. A full bath with large glass-door shower, stone counter vanity and tiled floor along with a separate pantry and laundry area round out the first floor.
The second floor has three spacious bedrooms: one king and two queen sized beds adorn the rooms. An air mattress is available upon request. Master BR also has large smart TV. Full bath with shower and tub, tiled floor and granite topped sink with cabinet.
All linens included and a fully equipped kitchen with many household supplies are at your disposal.
There are abundent activities and pastimes suitable for all ages including the Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Arts Festival (in August), Unique Shopping - both downtown and at the Old Mystic Village, Mystic River boat tours, Nautilus Submarine Museum, Historic Stonington Borough, Antique Mystic Drawbridge and Wine Tours: Stonington Vineyards, Jonathan Edwards & Saltwater Farm. Mystic is indeed a destination of choice for those who enjoy fine dining with many highly rated restaurants within walking distance and/or a quick car ride. Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos are also just a brief drive away.

Perfect Stay

This is our second stay in this beautiful home. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is spacious, cozy and close to downtown Mystic. The house has an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. It’s perfect for our family’s holiday gathering. Our host, Lynda is very easy to communicate with and her instructions easy to follow. We give this property two thumbs up and we will definitely be returning.

Stunning property in a heart of Mystic, walking distance from downtown restaurants etc. Recently renovated with beautiful decor and all comforts. I made some mistakes while booking the property and owners were very understanding and helpful making it right. Possibly the best value I have ever had in short term rental. Highly recommended.

Lovely Property

Great stay in the Mystic area. The property is close enough to walk to downtown and enjoy the many shops and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen with a beautiful deck to enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour. Owners are easy to communicate with and leave clear instructions. We would definitely stay here again when visiting family in the CT area.

Perfect Home in Every Way!

We booked this home leading up to dropping off our son at the US Coast Guard Academy. It was perfect in every way! The hosts were very helpful from the moment of booking through our stay. Thanks to its location, we easily walked to downtown Mystic a few times a day. The kitchen was very well stocked and the provided keurigs were a big plus:) The windows provide beautiful light all through the day. I would recommend this rental to anyone traveling to Mystic or its surrounding areas. We definitely hope to stay here again over the next four years!

Great house for a girls trip

I was tasked with finding a place for our first girls trip. That's pressure! I wanted something walkable to town and comfortable for 5 of us. This house gave us that and the comfort our group of 50+ women like. The beds were comfortable, the area is quiet, great socializing space and A/C which was necessary for the hot spell we encountered. The house is up a hill which was easy enough for all of us but, a little tougher on the hottest days. At night, it was a breeze. The hill was welcomed when we ate too much which was often. Ubers were easy enough to find when it rained. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Lynda and her home to anyone in need of a place to stay in Mystic.

Outstanding House

This was our first stay in this beautiful house, but we will be back! The layout of the home was perfect for our family get together. There is plenty of room and the huge dining table was a big plus for our group. The location is great. It’s in a quiet area of Mystic and yet, within walking distance of downtown. The check in process was easy and communication with the host outstanding. It was a 5 star plus stay and I highly recommend this house.

Wedding Weekend in Mystic

This house was perfect for our family to stay together for our Son's wedding. The rehearsal dinner was in Mystic & the Wedding took place in Waterford. We were all very happy with how close the house was to downtown Mystic. The home is so lovely I wish we had a little more time to relax. There are two full bathrooms which is very important when you have 3 women & two men trying to get ready for events. We enjoyed sitting at the large dining table & on the two couches together recapping the events. It was also great to have central air conditioning since the outdoor temps in CT were unseasonably warm that weekend. The decor is stunning and there is an incredible inventory of dishes, glassware & flatware. Plenty of towels & wash clothes. Comfy beds in well appointed rooms. Lynda is a great hostess who responded very quickly to each of my inquiries. I hope to revisit this lovely home in the future.

This property hits the mark. We were 4 adults 2 toddlers (aged 2). House checked all the boxes required for a great stay. Easily accommodated our party size, clean and the ability to walk to town. Host were responsive, neighbors even gave us a wave whilst we were playing in the garden.
