"This was a wonderful house for a large group. There were 9 of us so we had our own space when wanted and yet a great gathering room when we got together. The kitchen is well equipped and the location was outstanding. A wonderful view of the ocean as well as a back yard with a great fire pit and areas if you wanted to just go out, sit with a cup of coffee and enjoy the scenery. "

"We loved the location and size of house! The hot tub was an added bonus at the end of the day, although it would really take it over the top of the bushes could be pruned down a couple of feet so that you can see the ocean from the hot tub! (just nitpicking but would be amazing!). The spaces were huge and open, and for young kids, the retractable gate at the top of the stairs was appreciated. Teresa was very responsive to all of our questions and requests - we appreciated her help!"
