Lovely accommodations and location

This property has a double porch to enjoy the beach front views. It is modern, has a beautiful kitchen with high end appliances and well equipped with everything you need. The condo is fully furnished with beautiful bedroom suites. The only negative is the worn, somewhat tattered sofas/chair in the living room that should be replaced.

Electric needs some work, though, as master bathroom lights flickered, then went out entirely, and kitchen lights have a buzzing. Definitely recommend .

The furniture and TV were really nice for 4 people. The maintenance guy quickly helped with getting the TV started and the office staff were great to work with. Needs a Queen bed in extra bedroom. We are likely to rent this condo again.

Several members in our party were working part of the week and this caused tremendous issues. Rental agency did nothing to make it right!

I called this into Maint but they never came by to look at it. I didn't want to be blamed for breaking this. I called Maint again and left a VM.

Love this Unit!

This is one of the best units in One Ocean Place and we rent it twice each year. Larger balcony, can walk the stairs to easily to get to the unit, and extremely well stocked kitchen for those who like to cook on vacation: crock pot, blender, lots of non-stock copper pans, and both a standard 12 cup drip and Keurig coffee maker. Bed are solid (king in Master would be preferred to the queen, however) and maintenance crew (led by Dan) is the BEST whenever you need them. Check-in process two years in a row got us in late, nearly 6:00pm. That would be my recommended improvement. Otherwise, this is a great unit.

Amazing property. Breathtaking views!!! Everything about this property was spot on and just beautiful. Very comfy couches and beds. Kitchen stocked with everything and I mean everything. So many towels and linens we didn’t even use them all. The master bedroom and bath just gorgeous and so much room. We had 6 (5 adults) and we all had privacy and our own space. This property was spotless. I really don’t have a bad comment except 3rd bedroom with bunk beds needed paint in bathroom. Beach toys and games. Great flatscreens in all rooms. The balcony is huge and has very nice loveseat and chairs with cushions and rocking chairs/ Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again. We give it 5 stars. The Roberts from Kingsport, Tn

Not as pleased as I thought I would be covering money spent

Reviewer Comments: My my family was so excited for stay as 3 trips had been canceled due to covid and lots of money lost but we decided we will all chip in stay in a nice condo since the extra money since we would be in condo 90 percent of the time. Check in lady was very kind, before everything cindi we notice blind boards missing. We're go in and do a quick wipe down so we thought we're spent 2 hours cleaning runs, showers, appliances, dishes, etc. After we're all went to balcony before getting our things and noticed hundreds of cigarettes butts in planes outside.( the cindi ward to be non smoking?) The ceiling fan didn't work in one id the rooms, black hand prints on walls, soap school on shower doors and in tub, mirrors chipped and nasty. I was truly shocked. I did call maintenance in rats to all and office because I did not want charged. The home and its furnishings were lovely so I was shocked how unkept the home was. Especially how dirty all was, all linen was in black bags at door to make our own beds. The 2 master suites had very small beds I was expecting at least aQueen beds,these were more like full beds. Overall for the money we paid on home $1500 for 6 nights and covid 19 going on I expected more. I know the company manages the property and not sure if cleaners are contracted but not sure I'll stay again. I know it's been crazy and busy and would have rather waited till 4 to check in. In stead of getting a text at noon saying it was clean to check in.i guess we were truly not to vacation this year.

Only complaint is that the ice maker would not work and temps were in high 89s and low 90s all week. Maintenance came twice - however, it was never repaired.!!! I would only recommend this property for rental if the ice maker is repaired or replaced!!!!!

The updates in the master bath are amazing! The chairs that replaced the stationary hammock were a welcomed change. All the decor is beautiful. A lounge chair on the balcony would be fantastic.

Slightly underwhelming but overall a great time

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nicely equipped and upgraded. The wifi access is incredibly fast which my son loved. However, if the place shows the jetted tub, there should be a hot water tank or system that can fill it with enough hot water to use it. The hot water tank in this unit is too small, and even after not using any hot water all day, the tank can only fill the jetted tub with avout 4 inches of water before it goes straight cold. Not the end of the world, but would of been the only jetted tub on the property since both the outdoor hot tubs were just hot, also no jets. Also, someone needs to look at the master bath and replace the drawers that are all jacked up and held on with tape. As well as the trundle bed in the front room. We didn't want to pull out that bed in fear of breaking the handles. Other than those issues the condo was very nice. Newcomers should be aware that due to no units below and just cold air in the winter, bring slippers for inside as that tile is freezing. Would feel great in the summer but the winter really wakes you up in the morning!

It was nice having tile in the entire condo. It needed a few small maintenance improvements such as light switches not working and a bathroom drawer front being totally detached. Also the master bedroom mattress is thin and not very comfortable.

There was a few things that had we had to call maintenance about but they were there right away and problem was taken care of. The only thing that I would recommend for owners is to update your mattresses. I know sleeping away from home is never the same but these really need to be changed, especially in the master. The unit itself has a million dollar view and was very clean and beautifully decorated in the living area. The deck area was my favorite. We are thinking of booking again. We have stayed at One Ocean Place for a few years and love the location. We also love dealing with Garden City Realty, they truly are the best!!!
