The garbage disposal didn't work and it was fixed immediately. Just enough furniture, not overcrowded. wonderful experience.

Also we used the pull out couch and there was crumbs and potatoes chips all over the mattress and under neath the couches looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. We have stayed in this room for the last 4 years and have never had problems until this year. Also with COVID you would have thought the condo would have been spot less

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well, things were very quiet & restful til Hurricane Helene decided to come onshore in FL & move up the coast. So what does THAT have to do w/our stay? Well, Jackie & Robin were wonderful to help us with issues that could have & did arise from this event. Not only did they help us, they were so kind & patient with us as well. Then there's Dan, the Maintenance Man. When we had a problem, he was right there to help us resolve it. There is NO BETTER service from anyone, anywhere than Garden City Realty! THEY. ARE. THE. BEST. AND. ONLY GAME. IN. TOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not worth the money

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Surf Master be for and have multiple rooms for our family. This room was very disappointing. Makes me not want to stay here again. The air conditioner worked well and it does have a balcony that is the best I can say. Bathtub had a huge Crack, leaks in to the bed room carpet is wet and nasty. The room is so dated and old. Mold, smelled, wifi was out for 3 days so no TV. The back door was broken, the kitchen sink makes a horrible noise if you use the sprayer, EVERYTHING was so dated old I definitely didn't feel like I was on a nice vacation. To say the least, we were very unhappy with this room.

We did want to let the unit owner know that my husband (who is in building maintenance) noticed that the frame for the floor to ceiling window just to the right of the sliding glass door seemed loose so they might want to check that.

I would also recommend the owner add 1-2 baking pans to make pizza or cookies. Otherwise kitchen well stocked, unit clean and plenty of linens.
