The main floor has an open floor plan with a full kitchen and living room as well as a back deck overlooking a pond with a fountain. This floor includes two BRs and 2.5 baths. The 3rd floor has 1 BRs and 1 bath. The house has a pool table, a ping pong table and two golf carts which can be taken to the beach. There are 3 swimming pools, a basketball court, a playground and tennis courts in the community.
