"Terrible is all that I can think of, the staff were rude and illiterate, I can’t believe the guy on the front desk can keep his job very poor customer service standards. The swimming pool is only a 2 metre by 3 metre paddling pool and the gym has only 2 running machine. It’s a Joke of a hotel."
