The Rosario Resort is in a lovely setting. It is quiet and peaceful on the water. We were on the 2nd floor so were able to leave the sliding glass door open. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There were several stains on the carpet, but otherwise, it was very clean. The downside is that there is no one to check in with on the property. I had problems with the online check-in process. I did call and was able to get the info without sending a photo of my ID. But it was frustrating. It is also not clear where to go when you first drive onto the property. We eventually figured out which building our room was in but there are not clear signs to make it easy. Just a reminder that there is no elevator. All of the amenities were closed because of renovation. While it was pretty, because things were closed, we didn't feel that it was worth the amount that we payed for our room.

Efficient check in. No keys needed it’s combination lock. Staff is only avail 2300. Back at 0700 but I didn’t have any problems. The room is clean modern with a retro vibe even the fridge was retro. The AC was a little noisy. I can also hear my neighbors. Overall it’s a nice hotel for the price and I would stay here again. It’s convenient to San Juan islands. About 4-5 miles.

The room was clean and was exactly what we needed. They have a kitchen area and a nice deep sink with a refrigerator and a microwave. We only stayed one night but we really could’ve stayed longer. Wonderful hotel management.

We arrived early and the staff member was able to accommodate us with an early check-in which we appreciated. The assigned ground floor room was clean but our window was blocked by a staircase right outside meaning no light could enter. It was also very small. At the end of the day it works as a cheap stop-over motel for one night while you do whale watching and other fun activities.
