Quiet and clean. The front office closes at night but is reaching with contact in their door. At the back of main commercial area, it’s quiet, relaxing with seagulls frequently flying over. Uber is very limited in the area; local taxis are fast in response.

Great location, nice place for the price. The only thing was that the white bathroom sink had black & brown spots. I don’t know if it was flawed or dirty but it was not nice to look in the sink.

Occasional Road traffic was noisy(trucks) with window open, but very quiet with closed window. Otherwise it is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the town. Great parks and shops nearby and very friendly.

Great value at a fair price! Rooms are spacious with small table and desk. Good sized hanging area for clothes, microwave, fridge, sink, etc. Bathroom also has sink, tub, and shower. Property is older, but well maintained. Desk is not open 24 hours, but late check-ins can be arranged with lock box, and management does provide assistance as needed after hours. We would definitely book here agsin.

The room was just as it was described and was very comfortable. The only issue was that although the place was the neighbor on the floor above us got up at 3:45 and walked back and forth for 45 minutes making it very hard to sleep.

This is a type of hotel that is typical for a small fishing town that Anacortes ultimately is. It's not fancy, it's not modern, but it's clean. And that's all you really need for a hotel like this. The bonus star from three to four stars is how helpful the check-in staff and ownership is. I arrived unexpectedly, well after their office closed, and not 10 minutes after I booked on Expedia. I called the manager and I was in my room 3 minutes later. I've stayed in in $500 a night, five star hotels who had far worse service.
