The property was quiet, they had everything so you didn’t really need to leave unless you wanted to. The pool was beautiful and the gym had a variety of machines to use. The staff was excellent, especially housekeeping on the 6th floor, shoutout to them for greeting us and asking us if there was anything they could do and always giving us a kind words each day they saw us in the hallways.

If you don’t have any interest in gambling/casino, this is NOT a good hotel option if you’re looking for a nice place to stay while in the Poconos Mountains. the entire establishment wreaks of cigarette smoke. The WiFi does not work. The tv in the hotel room does not have any apps on it so you’re forced to watch their basic cable channels. The phone in the hotel room does not work. The spa is the only nice thing there but I was told by the spa employee that they are a completely separate entity from the actual hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again. Very disappointing experience.
