An alarm went off at 1am and lasted one hour straight. The entire hotel woke up and started screaming and making noise. Horns were going off. It was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. I wanted to demand a refund and literally couldn’t find an employee.

"When I arrived i was greeted by Kyle who check me and my family into our hotel. He never asked me i wanted to smoking or non smoking. When we go to the room on the 6th floor it smelled like which I have asthma. And the view outside from the window was terrible we was looking at a brick wall… and the light by the main closet did not turn on and th toilet ran all night for no reason… i was so disappointed after being recommended to stay there. I would not come back…"
