The Room was not clean. Walls dirty, bathroom dirty. Boogers in kitchen wall and bathroom not pleasant at all. No garbage on garbage. I think the supervisor needs to focus more on how the staff are cleaning rooms supervise rooms before guest comes in. The lobby and bar área are very clean and smell good but the rooms need more attention.

Although the room was small in size, it had what we needed. The kitchen area was very useful for our trip. The breakfast was good, offering delicious bisquits with sausage gravy. The pool and the pool area were clean and warm. We had multiple problems with our room keys, being locked out of our room (or pool area/outside) multiple times. It became very frustrating after having to go to the desk three different times to "fix" it. Staff was friendly throughout our stay. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the room. Luckily I brought clorox wipes, to clean the counters and inside the drawers. The lights were covered in dust, there was a towel from a past guest that had fallen next to the stove and left there. The couch was covered in brown stains, so much that I put sheets over it just to feel okay to sit on it. Lastly, the bed had visible stains on the sheets. We wouldve switched rooms but we just covered or used our own bedding.

The TV options were terrible. We were there 5 days and our room was Never Cleaned. Noisy. Picture window blind broke. Couldn’t lock the door from the inside, broken. Some mornings there was not a lot of choices because there wasn’t bagels, meat, eggs were just about gone.

Stayed here while visiting Philly. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was okay with a several options. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. The Yard House restaurant nearby was great and we highly recommend it.

The hotel is actually 2 hotels in one, one side is Hawthorn and one side is LaQinta. The hotel is nice and clean on the surface. When I checked in they were very pleasant, helpful and informative. There’s an amusement park directly next door. When my daughter was ready for bed she pulled the comforter back and there were stains on it and some of the filling was coming out. I’m an understanding person, so I called the front desk and asked for another one. I was told there were no clean comforters or towels in the whole hotel. I was offered itchy blankets to cover the king size bed. But the most disappointing part was the tone and attitude of the staff. They were like so what do you want me to do about it. It was very disappointing from a Wyndham hotel.
