"Very basic rooms. Thin blanket on bed so we had to ask for more. No problem there. No coffee maker - only a microwave and fridge. Room was clean and staff was friendly. It was okay for sleeping but otherwise there's not much there. However you are in walking distance of down town where there are stores and restaurants. Tourist information is right across from country inn but not open in the winter months. Startrek enterprice is at walking distance."

"Lovely views, horseriding was great, best part of our stay. Was told on arrival no key to property no need to lock door!! There was tea and coffee but no creamer or milk which we had not counted on! A long way to the nearest shop! We hardly slept all night as so cold - no quilt on bed - only cotton sheet and thin bedspread- October night! No spare blankets. Was not shown how TV worked and lights next to tv seemed to have separate remote control that did not work. There is no hairdryer in the property - searched every cupboard - handwash was almost empty and clearly had been watered down - body lotion empty after one use and toiletries in shower not good either. No sink to wash dishes. Hot tub was not working which was very disappointing as that was a reason for choosing this property. Lovely looking property but expensive."
