Very nice place. Conveniently located in middle of Kodiak so easy drive to pretty much anywhere. Within walking distance of downtown area. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Enjoyed our time here. Also, excellent view.

Nice little get away spot. View was beautiful, beds and shower comfortable. We would have benefited from a pearing knife to cut our bagel and apple. One other suggestion is a taller faucet in one of the sinks to better wash dishes and fill water bottles. Great spot! I would highly recommend!

The view out the front windows is gorgeous! The location was perfect for us - right across from the high school and we were able to walk to the baseball field. Has a coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. Perfect for a short stay. Great communication with the host. Would stay again!
