I am writing regarding my stay on 04/01/2025 Around midnight, the toilet flush in my room was not working and the bathroom drain was blocked, causing water to accumulate. I reported the issue immediately to the front desk and was informed that a room change was possible; however, due to the late hour and extreme tiredness after travel, I was unable to move rooms at that time. As the issue remained unresolved for the night, it did affect my comfort during the stay. I wanted to bring this to your attention and would appreciate your review of the matter.

Airport shuttle was the best feature, everything else sucks. Limited dinning with no places around to go for it (except the Sheraton across the street) and the AC Unit makes so much noise was hard to sleep.
