The staff were incredibly rude. The drawers in the dresser wouldn’t stay closed so we had to put towels under it to level it. The bed frames were dirty. Soup scum and mold in the bathrooms. Overflowing trash outside.

I will NEVER stay at a Doubletree hotel again. I have never stayed at hotel and had to pay for parking. The room was comfortable but the amenities are very limited. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

You must ask for service if you want your room maintained. There is a tiny sticker in the upper corner of a mirror. There was a vacuum cleaner in the hall, I guess if you wanted to use it. Likewise there was a bin for you to dump towels. Never seen anything like this especially at DoubleTree. When I had leftover food. The front desk person told me, just leave it in the hallway. Disappointing service for this caliber of hotel!!
