I was shocked this was a Marriott property. The carpet in the room just felt damp and slimy and there was a horrible musty, and hopefully not mold, sent in the room. Air conditioner vents had black on them. Who knows what it was.

Uncomfortable stay!!

Initially did not get the ADA room I reserved. I was told the ADA rooms were already booked. I was them assigned to a regular room only to discover the phone nor the TV worked. I complained to the front desk and she miraculously found an ADA room to put us in. The beds were very uncomfortable…lumpy and uneven. The lighting in the bathroom was dim almost dark. At least the shower was ADA perfect with several grab bars and a seat. I would be very reluctant to stay at this Courtyard Marriott in the future.

The room was really musty, and there was a mystery puddle just outside the toilet when we got there. It was tidy but damp and smelled awful. We won’t be staying there again. The lady at the front desk was nice, though.
