Lake living at its best. Beautiful view of the canal and pool from the balcony. Condo sleeps 4 comfortably with 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a sleeper sofa. All kitchen appliances and utensils available and clean linens. When you need a day to rest, there is a 50" HDTV with Blu-Ray player and wifi included. All you need to bring is a change of clothes and some food and your family is ready to explore. Plenty of fishing, boating, and swimming. Enjoy the amenities of the Yatch club, private boat launch, swimming pool, and fitness center. Take a leisurely stroll through the streets of Old Montgomery and enjoy the old-timey shops and antique stores. Nasty soiled bed

Unsanitary nasty soiled bed. We had to sleep on the floor for a week. Molded black vents that drip mold water Water is gross from an old rusty boilerHot tub in the bath was sickeningLive nats coming from the sinkBroke ice makerElectrical sockets over 30 years old and dangerous. Hoping for a quiet weekend!

First impression was the musky dank smell when we walked in. and I lit any candle I could find to help. The A/C was set to 77 and took some time to cool down the condo. I was a little taken back by all the dust and lack of a good freshening up for our arrival. The rusty water caused stains in each of the sinks and had to wait for that to clear up to use it. Coffee pot in pantry was not cleaned for some time had caked on coffee at the bottom. Very thin walls and neighbors above us were banging around for hours so we left a day early, The grounds are nice but not one of the units overlookjng the water. Bed was very comfy, but be aware it is a full size.

Beautiful property wonderful hosts

I was in this beautiful lakefront condo all summer and it was the perfect place for everything i needed. Hosts checked on me throughout my 2 months stay and made sure the property always had everything i needed. Couldnt have asked for anything more

Served its purpose for an affordable weekend stay in a decent location when visiting the area for Ren Fest. Had some minor trouble with the door code on arrival (need to pull the door in a tad for it to properly unlock) - when I messaged, the host immediately responded and also called to assist.

Served its purpose

We needed a property close to Margaritaville and this served that purpose. Location is about a 10 minute or less drive from Margaritaville. The neighbor as mentioned in previous reviews has taken over the entire front porch area so you basically just have to go directly into the property. There was the slightest smell of smoke (again, I think from next door) when we walked in but it wasn't overwhelming or noticeable as the weekend went on. The property could use a deep cleaning. The bed size is not in the listing. I think it may be a full, maybe a queen. Overall it was fine and acceptable for the price compared to other properties in the area.

The condo was perfect for a quick getaway. You can dock your boat right at the condo and walk to your room. The property is older and the condo can use some updating. But overall for the price will stay again as the location was the #1 positive.

Relaxing lake weekend

Rented this as an overflow for some family that decided to come for 4th of July. The location was perfect as we have another condo located a very close. This was a perfect place for 3 family members to stay for a few days. We will be using it again!

The property was as described. Clean and comfortable. Nice neighbor lady. :) Since I was there to visit my daughter, who does not have a guest room, I only needed a bed and bathroom and spent very little time at the property. Bed was comfortable. The handles on the bathroom sink could be re-positioned as it was hard to turn the water completely off. It did eventually stop dripping, but it was concerning to me.

The condo was exactly as described, was clean, nicely furnished. and instructions for check in/out were laid out clearly. Property is great and close to just about anything you want to do. Owner was responsive and so easy to work with.

Property was very nice as described. The owners do need to hire a different cleaning company though. I had to clean the stove and pantry before use. It was pretty bad. Neighbors were very nice. Someone in our complex smoked and it did travel to our condo I guess through the vents. Over all a nice stay, the condo just needs a little better care.
