Our overall experience was disappointing. The breakfast buffet was completely out of food one hour before closing. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, his response was, “Eat what we have out,” and he simply offered to make it complimentary. The food that remained was dry, and about 60% of the chafing dishes were empty. In addition, the cleaning staff knocked on our door every morning before 8:00 a.m. to ask when they should return to clean. There was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available, so we were forced to wake up early each day. To make matters worse, the elevators broke down on Friday night, causing a major inconvenience for guests. Unfortunately, these issues made our stay far less enjoyable than expected.

Pros: The hotel is close proximity to Macroplaza. The staff was very responsive to our needs when we called to ask for something. The bed was very comfortable. Cons: The hotel is out dated and needs some remodeling and fixing. Our shower had very low pressure and leaked all over while we showered. For a weekend trip, wasn't bad. I would stay again.

The staff did their best to make our stay enjoyable. The bathroom toilet has pet water bottles to displace the tank water so it doesn’t use so much. But they fall constantly and cause the tank stopper to stay open which cause water waste. The room air control was hot had to totally turn off to get the room to a temperature that you could sleep in. The service was great the room very poor mold in the tub , room temperature
