The front desk staff put us in a room right next to the street with traffic noise although we asked for a quiet room. Room is small. Sink faucet has slow running water. Breakfast has only cold foods. There are hot coffee from a coffee maker machine. They have rotten apples in a basket for breakfast until we asked for fresh apples. Front desk staff service is not attentive to customers’ requests. We would not stay in this hotel again.

Free parking, clean room, safe area, 2nd bedroom had no a/c, beds were stiff, could hear all neighbors through the walls. breakfast was as bare bones as could be for continental- Eggo waffles, white toast, yogurt, and cereal were the only foods. The coffee was not good. It was decently priced and in close proximity to everything we wanted to do. Housekeeping did excellent job cleaning.

I chose this hotel based on the name best western, I was really disappointed due to the fact,the matress in was horrible it sounded like the springs on the matress were coming out it made a lot of noise the walls and floors were dirty the air conditioning was so dusty I had really bad allergies I stained in room 115 with my family I will look into the reviews going forward for this awful experience that to happen to me again
