Came for birthday weekend by myself to relax & grieve (Lost my mother in February 2024) It took me a year to write this review but my conscious finally said do it so I may help or warn others.. Staff (Front desk) was horrible no customer service, i was put in a room that I later found out was & I quote worse room on the resort . I have video & pictures of how I had to call front desk ask them if they’re aware that my lock on door is busted. I kid you not lady said yes with a laugh. Maintenance came & put a hotel lock thankfully I had my sister on FaceTime witnessing everything because guy who came was not friendly. Not going to elaborate because this review really is about **DELROY HAUGHTON* who is head of The bell boy service. Ladies pls do not make naive foolish mistake I did & leave resort because you want to get marijuana & think we’ll he works for resort I’m safe… ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I’m disappointed in not being able to upload video because I feel ppl need to really see what i experienced.. I really feared for my life . At one point he was so angry I wasn’t sexually attracted to him & denied his advances he threw my bag & reached out to strike me. In the video he’s screaming stop recording me… Again I know I was saved for being seriously hurt because I informed him I sent my location out via WhatsApp to my sister & close friends. Just writing this review is traumatizing I know I’m missing major points & im all over the place but that’s how horrible this trip was…

I was sick. They would not allow my husband to bring anything to the room for me to eat. The staff doesn’t say good morning. They don’t smell very unfriendly. The room was horrible. No hot water until I checked out housekeeping card park at my door for more than eight hours The hose on the morning shift she was the best out of all she recognized. I was sick and bring me to the nurse. That was very kind of her that is customer service other than that it was horrible.

Well, all the videos and blogs that we watched on YouTube prior coming here does not do any justice. It was better than what we thought. Just minutes away from the airport, this exotic tropical resort by the sea has all the amenities you need while appreciating the traditional architectural design of the island.Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by the friendly ‘bell boy’ directing us to the registration office. All went smoothly and within 10 minutes, we were escorted to our room. Our room was situated at the end and was very clean with a washroom, closet, flat screen tv, and a small fridge. It had high ceilings, large windows, hand crafted furniture, and a main floor balcony overlooking the front garden courtyard area. We were very pleased. Access to the beach is literally across the street where you are guided by a crossing guard. The beach area is very private surrounded by white sands, beach chairs, towel service and a bar where the bartenders are super generous with their servings. Water activities are also available such as kayaking, snorkeling, and jet skying and yes, the water is warm. As far as the food, it is a buffet style service with two a la cartes ( Italian, international cuisine ) and drinks all inclusive. We really enjoyed the food with its traditional dishes like oxtail, curry goat, festival, baked pumpkin and so much more. The drinks were endlessly flowing throughout the day and night. Overall, we loved our stay at the Sea Garden.

Good for the snacker. The Italian restaurant was excellent. Cook for egg station in morning is great and professional as is many of the wait staff. Good availability of cocktails for the full service. Need to have more options for food allergies. Chatham was over priced for the meals available. Most of the gym equipment was out of service. Bed was hard, like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Hot water takes forever to reach rooms (even on first floor) and is not consistent. Several areas are under repair or need to be.
