Lovely, mid sized Caribbean resort. Staff are polite, professional and warm. Our ocean front suite was beautifully laid out and spacious. The balcony was comfortable and peaceful at night. While the food and drinks were average, the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing for 10 days. A solid 7/10 property.

My husband and I just dumped $894 into the ocean. The entrance to the hotel speaks volume. It was not a welcome area. It was mentioned online that this hotel was updated. The bedroom has a horrible smell. I wore mask to sleep. The smell was intoxicating - it is this moldy, musky smell. One of the housekeepers left some room scent to help with the odor. Thanks to her. However I still had to wear mask. We could see plastic bottle and a beer bottle from our porch. The food was horrible. There were not many people at the hotel. We were just coming from another hotel where it was buzzing with people. It is that bad that an employee wants to take a family member to a weekend getaway at a different hotel. I wish I could get my money back. I could not wait to check out and that's exactly what I communicated to the concierge.

We stayed in the butler suite, room was very clean and amenities were superb, service was excellent, food choices was great didn’t need reservations to dine only for the Japanese restaurant, wasn’t crowded, it was excellent, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the carpet in the hallway was a bit dated

This is a very well-kept property and designed very nicely. The beach area has plenty of loungers and Palapas. There are servers who will bring you drinks while you were on the beach. The pool area is magnificent with a wonderful pool bar as well.
