The water park is so small, and the price is outrageous, i booked thru a 3rd party, i had 2 rooms for a 9 year old bday, when we arrived we were told that the room did not include the waterpark, and it was $50 a person, so for 7 people to use a splash pad, not a water park i had to pay and extra $280 just to use the splash pad. Do no go to this facility it is not worth the money that i spent, it cost me $450 to stay over night for 7 people

Good place to stay in Dundee.

I don't like giving negative reviews but I hope it helps both to the resort's management and fellow travelers. It looks like they've had a hard time keeping up with the place. The grounds were overgrown and appeared unkept. In one of the rooms we booked the toilet tank was off and they hadn't made note not to book the room. Our room, the hairdryer was missing and I had to go get one. On a postive note, the beds were very comfortable. If you are using the water park it'd be a nice place to stay as the rates were very reasonable (book directly with the hotel though, the park fee isn't included when booked through a 3rd party). The bar was fantastic! We had a blast there so that was fun. All in all about a 3.

Place was nice, just wish it said the park was not included with the stay. Drove a hour in a half to be driving home at 8:30. Tried to make the best of it with my kids by using the pool but there was atleast 20 kids in there so we only got about a hours worth of playing. Not mad at the place just an overall depressing trip with the kids.

When I went in my room the bathroom had a blob of hair on the wall. They did move me to another room in that room as I was laying in my bed there was a big beetle looking bug on the ceiling

If you need to stay here, it’s an option.

It was fine. Dated hotel attached to a water park. A little expensive for the quality. They didn’t service our room for the two days we were there which seems like something pretty standard to do during a stay. Room was okay. Didn’t offer breakfast. Front desk staff was not friendly. Bar staff was excellent and the cook made me something vegetarian. That was great.

Reservation did not include water park, it was impossible to get help from staff when you can find someone, in the water park it was very unsafe limited life guards, no rule enforcement, I’m surprised this water park is operating

I had planned a trip to this property on Easter weekend with 3 small kids. Upon checking the site the pool was closed on Sunday and that’s the whole reason we were going and they would refund. Very rude

The check in process was so unorganized. It took over and hour to get checked in as there were 2 long lines. In addition, they never disclosed how much the waterpark tickets would be after advising that the tickets were not included with the room. Then the following day our room keys were deactivated before our check out was scheduled for the next day. The elevator was out of order, so it’s not kid friendly especially when you’re traveling with several bags and have to make multiple trips through a crowded lobby. In addition, the wristbands that I paid for was for my entire stay however, I was not advised that I have to go back to the front desk to get new wristbands for each day, so that was so inconvenient. $300 for 3 tickets for only 2 days, on top of the hotel cost is ridiculous for what they had to offer, which was subpar. I will never be returning, worst experience I’ve had since I’ve travelled over 20 years. They need new management and a tutorial on how to better serve the customers.
