Our socks were black after walking around the room, there was junks of something black falling from the air conditioner onto the bed, the toilet seat was broken and just resting on the rim, my husband witnessed multiple drug deals in the parking lot while in his truck smoking, there were homeless people camped at the end of one building, the neighbour above us was moving furniture back and forth after midnight. The worst was the breakfast, or lack there of, there was bread, cereal and juice. I understand it was an inexpensive place but I would have liked a little more than that.

It was inexpensive, so I wasn't expecting extravagance. At check in, the lady at the desk was having problems with the her computer so it took a long time. She asked me to take a seat while she figured it out so I went out to my car to wait. When we went to the room, the TV had no sound. The desk lady came to our room to try to fix it but she couldn't. She offered another room, but we chose not to move because the other room smelled weird. The room we had seemed clean, the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable enough for a budget motel. The floor had some wet spots that seemed weird and when I tried to wipe it up, it just got wetter. It seemed like wetness was coming up between the joins in the flooring. I was going to mention it to the desk person when we checked out but there was no one there when we left so we weren't able to.

This is by far the most horrible experience I’ve had lodging in a hotel, I couldn’t believe this was Canada! Brought my kid for a tournament in Moncton and couldn’t drive back, decided to stay for the night, terrible idea! First off, they demanded a $200 deposit, which even though questionable wasn’t a problem for me. On getting to the rooms, smelt horrible like an old house with soaked walls issue which probably was the case, beds sheets were filled with animal hairs, called for new sets of sheets which they were kind enough to provide, but the sheets were old as hell! the beds themselves, let’s just say I couldn’t wait for morning to come! Furniture in the rooms were ancient and ugly , couldn’t imagine the weird looking duvet touching my skin so had to sleep very cold (wall unit AC had a note not to touch!) only plus though is the water pressure in the shower but the shower curtains were the dirtiest I’ve ever set my eyes on! I’m having ptsd remembering all these details, yet to forgive myself for putting my family and I through that horror, never again!!! P/S - We were told on checking in that breakfast runs from 7 - 10am, my daughter got there at 9am and everything was completely gone, including basics like milk, sugar etc! she asked the receptionist if there’ll be a refill and she simply said ‘it’s all gone and there’s nothing I can do about it’ haha, I was gobsmacked!

I liked that the indoor pool was salt water The breakfast was disappointing. The milk for cereal was warm. The food they had was in limited supply. They had only cereal, toast, and yogurt.

trim in the wall was falling off, water damage on the ceiling. bathroom, shower, toilet, all had mildew everywhere. for a place that doesn’t allow smoking the room stank like cigarettes.
