After checking in, checked my credit card and was removed over $1600.00 from my credit card. Room was supposed to be with parking about $320. Went downstairs and they said they “clicked” process 5x and that’s why and would do credit asap. Lovely staff, sweet little amenities (snack bar), but hotels across the board are becoming rundown. Room was not thoroughly clean, accumulation of dust surfaces, remnants of many previous guests everywhere, especially the bathroom.
