"The combination of quiet location on a prime beach and beautiful large home made this too hard to pass up for our destination celebration. I felt like the listing was accurate and I was familiar with the area due to previous visits to the island & beach. The ‘X’ factor was Anaik (property mgr). Responsive, clear, helpful, available are all descriptors I would use to describe Anaik. [Thanks for the coolers!] My only regret was we didn’t get a chance to meet and say aloha.I feel like the listing is very accurate. There is ample parking. There is a very nice apartment above the garage. The grass yard between the house and beach is large. The beach is very nice and the water in front of house can be used for snorkeling, kayaking, etc. Be aware the tide will impact how much sand you have but the beach is long and you can always find a spot even at high tide. I highly recommend this property while recognizing the cost. It was perfect for our group and we ate multiple group meals at the large indoor table and enjoyed the company and space. I would absolutely stay again."

"Wonderful! Clean, well equipped kitchen, beach view was incredible! There were times during our stay that we were the only people on the beach. Loved that! Only down side was that there were things at the house that needed upkeep. The grill on the deck barely worked, some of the chairs on deck were broken, the televisions/remotes didn't work, the dishwasher had the control directions taped on, which made it very hard to select cycle, off/on, etc. Things that caretakers may not know about. We would definitely recommend this prooerty!"

"Our first trip to Kaua’i was to The Tranquility Blue Bungalow, a beachfront property with stunning views. We had hoped to spot local wildlife, but in addition what we discovered was that the beauty of Kaua’i is indescribable.Nestled off the beaten path, the bungalow offered privacy. Every day, we were treated to the sight of monk seals swimming and galumphing across the rocks. Turtles bobbed in the bay, and the locals marked their nesting spots with driftwood and signs. On our final day, we were fortunate enough to witness the playful spinner dolphins.We embraced the tropical atmosphere by waking up early and savoring every meal outdoors, soaking in the breathtaking surroundings. The warm, soft sand and the crystal-clear, turquoise-blue water. The landscaping around the bungalow was a masterpiece of its own with flowering trees, cozy nooks with tables and chairs, a fire ring and hammocks under the gazebo.The bungalow itself was charming and provided a comfortable space for preparing meals and resting. However, we found ourselves spending most of our time outside. Hawaii is the tropics and we weren’t looking for a resort so expect bugs, geckos, toads, snails and chickens. More wildlife. Our hosts were incredibly personal, warm, and friendly, making our stay truly memorable.We would enjoy a return to Kaua’i and to this specific spot."

"This property is fantastic. It is only steps away from the water and the snorkeling is good, especially at high tide. The fish are plentiful and I even encountered a turtle. If you are interested in a long walk on the beach, that is available. Water shoes are encouraged for an even longer walk. The interior has all of the comforts of home, with the exception of AC. At night, it is encoraged to open the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze. You will find delight at this location, which is convenient to Princeville and Kapa'a."

"The property is UNBELIEVABLE!! The grounds are breathtaking and so well-maintained. My kids (10 and 12) had the best time petting the horse down the road and the neighbor’s sweet dog. The tiny geckos and interesting birds were a lot of fun, too. It’s a paradise!As for the house, it’s HUGE. We loved the outdoor shower, the meditation areas, the laundry facilities are great, the kitchen is stocked! There are so many comfy places to sit on the lanai, and appreciated the AC units in the bedrooms at night. The host also provided shampoos and conditioners for all the showers, tons of towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs and coolers and all sorts of helpful items. We will absolutely consider booking again if we return to the island."

"Enjoyed the space, felt comfortable for the group of our size (15) and our needs.We appreciated the supplies and amenities provided as many VRBOs we have stayed at in the past did not provide much.Beach was just steps away and house had a wonderful view of the ocean.
