The staff was fantastic for us being foreigners and not able to speak German. The service was great I will definitely stay there again in the future. I personally wish the breakfast was a little bit more variety.

Very friendly and helpful staff, will give a free city ticket for all public transit in Berlin that can be used from the day you check in to the day you check out. Comfortable and clean room with essential toiletries, clean tap water. Great location, just an 8 minute walk from the train station.
