We were locked out of the house by a gate that had a combination lock on it that prevented us from getting to the front door. We tracked down the "host" who said she "didn't know what we were talking about" until we gave her the address when she referred us to the manager. Took about an hour to get in. Many problems with the property including lack of heat in the bedrooms & bathrooms, lights that didn't work, 3 bath towels for 5 people, communication problems with the manager, no written instructions in the property. I informed Jesse that we would not have access to our email...all communication was via email!
