Este hermoso condominio 2BR / 2BA está situado en el barrio de Crystal Cove y está ubicado dentro del Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, use su propio GOLF CART y pasee por la playa privada de Sandestins. Este barrio está rodeado de hermosos paisajes de humedales exuberantes y con vistas al pintoresco lago. Esta casa cuenta con excelente mobiliario actualizado, cocina y baños para proporcionarle confort moderno durante sus viajes. Un extenso patio al aire libre le permite relajarse y descansar mientras disfruta de la hermosa brisa de la Costa Esmeralda.

Al entrar en la amplia sala de estar y de pared a pared puertas correderas de cristal que se abren al balcón de gran tamaño y tienen la vista perfecta del lago.

La sala de estar ha sido recientemente decorado con la parte superior de la línea de muebles y un 46 "TV de pantalla plana grande, reproductor de DVD y el sofá se extrae en una cama queen size para dormir más alojamiento. Amazing Views

My family and I stayed at this location for summer vacation. The house was clean and had many amenities to accommodate our family. The patio was our absolute favorite. The view was AMAZING! My son enjoyed fishing!! The property was close to everything. I had a problem with the code and the host answered right away. We would definitely stay here again!!

Last minute gem

We were about a month out from out visit to Sandestin when we realized we needed a place to stay. I was not optimistic that we would find anything. It turns out this unit was available and I would say we totally lucked out. The layout of the unit was perfect for us. Two adults and two children under twelve. It was furnished beautifully and had little touches that I appreciated. Laundry hampers in each closet and in the master bedroom even a jewelry box to keep up with your valuable. There were also shoe cubbies in each bedroom closet. Loved those. The kitchen was nicely stocked. We did do some cooking and found that the unit had everything we needed. The very large deck on the lake was nicely laid out. I was looking forward to watching a sunset but unfortunately there was too much cloud cover each evening that we planned to do so. The property manager was a clear and prompt communicator. We only had one issue, some ants in the kitchen, due to all the rain, and the issue was resolved promptly. He sent someone over and they left a can of ant spray in case we had any additional problem with the ants. Crystal Cove is a cute subdivision within Sandestin Resort. Getting on property was seamless at the gatehouse. We gave our name and were handed a parking permit for our stay. We were staying close to some friends who owned a beachhouse in another community in Sandestin and we borrowed their golf cart which did make it very convenient to get around.

Beautiful View!

We loved the neighborhood of this condo. It was in a part of San Destin Resort that was quiet with beautilul lakeview. The covered patio made it perfect for morning coffee even if it rained. We will definately consider renting this unit again in the future.

Beautiful, Relaxing Home

My husband & I had a very relaxing getaway in this peaceful place. The home was clean & the decor inviting. There was plenty of space in the kitchen for groceries & personal cookware. It was well stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, dish towels, hot pads, oven mits, etc., which was important to us because we prepared most of our meals while there. The closets had lots of hangers & space to store luggage & clothes. We enjoyed the back deck area & ate outside while enjoying the view of the lake. The WiFi worked flawlessly. The resort has a variety of activities if you choose to participate in them. Many great bargains at the Silver Sands Outlet Shopping Mall that was close by. The manager was quick to respond to a question I had. I recommend a stay here to couples, families — anyone who wants a nice place to stay that is central to so many activities, restaurants, & shopping in the area.

Pleasant stay

We had an overall nice trip and enjoyed the porch, comfortable furniture, and quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is that it felt a little further away from the beach than we usually like to stay and the golf cart was a little slow.

Awesome stay!

The place was beautiful, clean and well-decorated. The lake view from the balcony was amazing spot to relax and unwind after the day’s activities. A plus, we were allowed to used 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and small cooler when we went to the beach. The only thing we were disappointed was the golf cart only for 4 person as shown in the website. We wish it was 6 person cart, so we used our car to go places inside the resort. We worked it out ok. Overall, it was an awesome family vacation! Thanks, Silvano

Great trip

I wantef a beautiful and relaxing trip to FL with my elderly parents since it may be our last chance. It was perfect - well, up until mom fell on our last full day! But up until then, the grounds are so beautiful, bayfront wharf was a nice surprise, Sunset Bay Cafe pool was great, and the golf cart allowed us to get to the Beach House and Grand shopping area with ease. Beware of association president - a bit too much of a busy body for me. Manager was very responsive. Only thing is we are used to more supplies being available and little personal touches. Highly recommend!

Great weekend getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. We found the condo setting so very peaceful. The deck / patio area is very large. The kiddos especially loved waking up to all the turtles 😊 The condo was perfect for our family of four, very well stocked! The owner was very responsive & the golf cart was an added bonus. We did not use the bikes but were thrilled to find some chairs & sand toys. The property is about 5 minutes from Baytowne Wharf & 10 minutes from the beach.

Birthday Celebration

Beautiful Property. The property sits in the middle of SanDestin Beach and Resort so it is a big community on the opposite side of the beach. The resort is not easy to maneuver. We enjoyed our stay with the exception of; the beds were extremely unfortable, the golf cart was very old and hard to maneuver, the unit is poorly insulated and the residents above us walked as if they were coming through the ceiling. I could even here them talking. We were able to make frequent contact with our host when necessary. He was very friendly and patient.

Home away from home

The host has provided us an excellent stay in their beautiful home. The Strickland’s really appreciate the warm welcoming to your investment! The property is definitely a what I wanted Peace Love and Happiness. Everything was close in proximity.

Lovely home, great amenities, very responsive owner.

The home was exactly as pictured. It was clean, updated, very comfortable, and had a beautiful view right on the lake. The location was perfect. We really enjoyed having the golf cart to get around. There was plenty to do close by including restaurants, shops, fun activities for kids, the beach, and golf. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Many thanks to the owner who was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We so appreciated it. Loved everything about our vacation will definitely plan to return!

Great location

No need to fight the traffic around town. Everything you need is just a short golf cart ride away. Shops and places to eat are right there in the resort area. You can cruise over to the beach through the tunnel in the golf cart and even take it to the wharf for dinner. We liked the condo being tucked back a bit away from the busy areas because it was quiet and peaceful yet it was still close enough to everything we needed. Bonus the shopping mall is right around the corner. We had a great time and enjoyed the cozy condo with a great view.

Beautiful Destination

Sandestin is a sight to behold. With over 2400 well manicured acres of beautiful homes, and lakes, and walking tracks, and villages, and shops…we were never at a loss of things to do. Close proximity to other beach towns was an added bonus! Unfortunately the weather was on the chilly side, which defeated the purpose of getting out of cold NJ for the month of February. But of course we know that couldn’t be controlled. The condo was great. It was spacious, clean, sunny, and the lake view is incomparable. It is everything the description promised. Owner /manager quickly responded to our calls. The one disappointment we had was the golf cart, which definitely needs to be checked, and perhaps the battery replaced. Although, the manager sent someone out to check it the two times we called, it always showed the battery drained. So we did not take it out for fear of getting stuck somewhere and having to have it towed back. It definitely would have been more convenient and more fun to use the cart to get around the complex, since parking is limited. The HOA is very active and definitely on top of things and will not hesitate to bring something to your attention. But we understand that is what keeps Sandestin the beautiful destination it is. Would definitely return to this location.
