DO NOT USE THE ELEVATOR
When we checked in, the hotel was nice and clean. Employees were amazing and very helpful. I came back to my room on Wednesday, after a LONG HOT day of baseball. The young man, Yash I believe was his name, seen me walk in. Anyways, got to my room. Went to lay down with my little and take a nap. But my bed was SOAKED completely through. He was great and moved us rooms. Was it a pain to move from room 2 room, (2nd floor to 3rd) yes. There was 4 of us in the room and we were there for a baseball tournament. No big deal. That evening, we went to dinner. Came back, and my room key wouldn’t work for the new room. This happened 3-4 times. From Wednesday til today. Thursday evening, we were getting things packed up, so we could pack my car since we planned to leave the next day. My daughter thought she left something in the lobby, jumped into the elevator so she could go check. My littles spotted it and tried to stop her from getting in the elevator. But it was too late. We just waited. Then it happened. I got a call. She was stuck in the elevator. On the third floor. I ran down stairs to tell Yash, who called 911. My littles were panicking. My daughter as well. She’s 17, and already dealing with anxiety and depression. She genuinely thought she was about to die. (Or at least get extremely hurt if the elevator dropped.) after 20ish minutes, the fire dept hadn’t shown up yet. But the door finally opened and she was able to get out. We called to see if we could get a later check out
