The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked for effortless cooking, and the outdoor patio is a perfect spot to enjoy the changing seasons. Pets: We’re pet-friendly! Up to two pets are welcome per stay, with a $150 fee per pet.

🐾 Service Dog Policy

At Roxy Rentals, we’re happy to host guests traveling with service dogs — they’re part of the experience too! If you’ll be bringing a service animal, please send us your documentation in advance. Once verified, there’s no pet fee for service dogs, as required by law.

For The Modern Muse, we’re also pleased to welcome up to two well-behaved pups during your stay. Anything more than two can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that cats are not permitted at this property. And because the property is not fenced and sits near a deep stream, we kindly ask that pets be supervised at all times while outdoors to ensure their safety.

Under local ordinances, service dogs may not be left alone in the home at any time — this helps ensure their comfort and keeps our space in great condition for all guests.
