"Superior room was most inferior and had a dreadful outlook. No lift and many stair-cases to overcome. Smallest, cheapest bathroom we have ever had to use. Bathroom door flimsy and rusty with no lock and wobbly handle. Amenities were closed and no reduction to our bill was offered. Felt utterly miserable. ..."
