Amazing

Our family of five stayed in this amazing apartment for 10 days. Full kitchen with all stuff and a lot of space and toys for kids. Owner was very pleasant and answered all my questions all the time. Hope we will return to this apartment again

The Ultimate In Convenience

Great location just adjacent to Collins Ave. A short walk or drive to many great locations. The unit was impeccably clean and Stan was the perfect host. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great place to stay in Sunny Isles.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!

The property is simple but nestled in a beautiful area, surrounded by beautiful beaches! McDonald’s (coffee) and other stores within walking distance. More than enough room for the 5 of us, imagine 2 out of the 5 are teenage girls! Loved it, loved the stay, and hope to keep coming back!

The host was very prompt in replying back to us. The only thing that was a negative, was that the whole week we were there, the propery management, not the host, had repairs going on with the water pipes and cosmetic stuff. The water was turned off, there were big chunks of cement in front of and around the parking garage from where they dug up the pipes. It made it inconvenient to get in and out of the garage. It was frustrating.

Miami stay

The property was in a central location to everything you could possibly need. The beach was within a short walking distance. A mall, also within walking distance, had an assortment of restaurants to keep you well fed if you chose to eat out or purchase food from a grocery store for the stay at home. The apartment was clean and easily served the purpose for the four of us enjoying Miami. An abundance of beach toys and shade gear were available for your needs. The area is certainly a safe location and walkable at all times of the dayl The best part of the stay was meeting Stan and his family at the beach. Awesome guy, Awesome host. A great place to stay.

Clean condo close to the beach

The condo had everything we need. The walk to the beach is short. And most importantly we didn’t hear our neighbors. The pool isn’t crowded. The condo itself has a spacious kitchen, washer/dryer on the floor. Beds were comfortable. We liked everything and will stay again if in the area.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Sunny Isles Beach, the beach was only a 5 minute walk away and is within walking distance of all kinds of amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, cafés etc. The apartment itself is very well equipped and Stan is a great, communicative host. Sunny Isle Beach Vacation

Stan is a great host and the property is very spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, with a nice screened balcony, and very close to the beach and entertainment. wonderful beach vacation

Excellent location - close to the beach, shops and restaurants, Publix grocery. The condo is well appointed and maintained, very comfortable for a family of four. Stan is easy to communicate with and a very good host. A very pleasant experience overall.

This host had EVERYTHING & was always available !

This property was spacious , clean and relaxing . The host’s communication was ABOVE standards … he even FaceTimed us to help us figure out how to work the tv …. There were an abundance of dishes, cooking utensils , pot and pans …. There were amble amounts of linen and changes for all beds …. The hosts directions were awesome … he even provided a card with prepaid amount t for laundry located on the same floor … The pool was very nice and never crowded … I don’t have 1 complaint or suggestion at all !
