This location is close to the beach, shopping, and several great restaurants. The location felt safe. The unit was clean and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to update the mattress- or maybe add a topper and to add oven mitts to the kitchen.

Clean, well furnished apartment with all necessary items for stay including for cooking. Had two chairs to take to the beach and small umbrella. Close to mall with lots of restaurants, cafeterias, stores, supermarkets and the beach 2 blocks away. One of the ladies who work’s setting up/organizing the apartment was very helpful in helping with check in, her name is Ali.

I was bitten by bed bugs, which ruined my vacation. We also saw a cockroach in the room. The windows were broken and dirty, and the sofa smelled terrible and was visibly stained. The entire building is poorly maintained. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Internet did not work despite he rented two rooms from this place both rooms Internet did not work the passwords and everything was clearly marked. They just wouldn’t load my two children one had a one year-old iPad. The other one had a two year old Chromebook and could not do homework and the pool Internet didn’t load up either.

Loved, loved, loved! Walking distance to whatever you need- food, stores, gas station, and best of, all the beach! The property itself was impeccable. Amenities were great. Everything inside was clean and ready for us and smelled very fresh. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Communication was clear and quick. We booked the 2 bedroom unit. I would choose to stay here again when visiting Sunny Isles Beach with a bigger group. Highly recommend!
