it was posted that no pets were allowed but there were dogs and cats roaming the property and I am terrified of both animals the front desk have unpleasant service and terrible attitudes like it was my fault they hated there jobs but at the same time it is the job they chosen i checked out two days early cause i was very displeased with the service of this location

Nothing. The front desk manager refused to move from her seat when all i requsted was a plastic spoon. The traffic made ingress and out next to impossible. The only saving grace was the pool and the General Manager. She was alway accomodating and concerned. Had i not left i might have offered her a dinner. Come to think about i did, but i couldnt stay any longer.
