RUN! THE FIRST ROOM WAS COVERED IN BLOOD AND THE SECOND ROOM INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. WHILE WAITING FOR HIM TO GIVE ME THE PHOTOCOPY OF MY PASSPORT, HE DECIDED TO TAKE A PHONE CALL TO BOOK A RESERVATION. I ABSOLUTELY LOST MY MIND. THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE. I have reached out twice to expedia to refund my money. They are ignoring me. I will no longer conduct any buisness with Expedia

Renovations ongoing, limited service

The hotel is going through renovations and some perks were not available such as the pool was not open and no microwave in the room. There was a fridge and coffee maker and coffee/tea in the lobby. For the price, it was a decent room.

It’s literally your place to crash only for the night to sleep, having to use their shower was a debate. The water was boiling hot couldn’t adjust temperature of the water.

This was a terrible place to stay. The photos are misleading. All of them. Very poor service to the rooms unless you ask. If you want hot water, you need to turn the bathtub water on and let it run for 15 -20 minutes before it gets lukewarm. Avoid this like the plague.

Nothing like the pictures. Dirty, wallpaper coming off the walls,tape over the old names, pain in the ass to get my room switched after they didn’t give me the room I booked to begin with.

The rooms were absolutely NOT what was advertised. We booked a king room with a sofa bed for 3 adults. Checked in and found that the room did not have a sofa bed! Went to frint desk and was told none of the rooms have sofa beds and they do t have roll away beds! Would not switch room to a 2 double beds unless I extended my stay!! Bathroom was filthy with hair all over the place,bed rock hard with nothing more than a bedspread,no blanket! Was told we could not get any blankets/pillows til the next morning when housekeeping would be in. Frint desk clerk was not helpful in anyway and definitely not knowledgeable in the property or the rooms. STAYAWAY

Advertised pool and free breakfast but neither were available. Bed awful in 310. TV with only minimal channels and half were static. No microwave in room. Only plus was adjoining rooms as we were 2 families traveling together.

The beds are terrible. The room itself is filthy. Wallpaper peeling off walls. Bedspreads, dirty with stains.The lamp shade itself is beyond filthy. Floors are filthy. Overall will never stay here again. On a good note, they had hot water.The shower felt good.
