Beautifully clean & restful

We were returning home to Kentucky following a visit with family in Texas. We were greeted very personably by the front desk ladies and quickly checked in. Our room was spacious and scrupulously clean everywhere. We were very pleased to see that the top sheet & comforter were SEPARATE, so one could cover up with the lighter sheet if preferred. Everything worked well, including the lights, TV, and A/C. The bathroom was well supplied with good quality hygiene items. It was very clean and well-lit. Although the hotel was right on the highway, the noise of the trucks & traffic did not bother us. We got a restful night's sleep. The morning breakfast was great! Many options for however one wanted to enjoy it. Everything tasted very good. We would be happy to return to this Holiday Inn Express in West Memphis if we're traveling again, and we would not hesitate to give it our highest rating and recommend it to all.

Great cinnamon buns terrible sound proofing.

Noise from the interstate was so loud I had difficulty sleeping even with earplugs in and a white noise generator going. If I had known that it was going to be so bad I would have asked for s room away from the highway.
