There was no way to reach the staff until the next morning after ten AM. My wife was not happy with no hot water to shower with. I got a staff member who asked me if I had tried the trouble shooting list. There was no trouble shooting list in our cabin. She asked me if I could fix the problem, and as we were on the road visiting family, I could not do this. She asked me if I would like her to fix the problem; I said yes and the problem was fixed when we returned to the cabin that evening. My wife complained that the pots in the cabinet were not clean. We had a very nice view of Lake Norfolk from our back patio. The air conditioning worked well."
