Amazing place!

Hyatt Place will always be my go-to if it’s ever in the area we are visiting. The cost, cleanliness, amenities, and overall great decor make it second to none in this price point. Free amazing breakfast (not just the cereal/bread kind but WOW amazing hot foods like eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and more), restaurant, pool, and suite-like rooms all made our stay amazing!!

There was no transportation to the air even though the airport is right next door. The beds and the sofas are extra used you don't sit on them u literally melt into no stability for getting up out of them although clean the mattresses and the sofas clearly need to be replaced. Didnt sleep well at all glad it was only a short 12 hour stay just could've been a better restful 12 hours. I wont stay here again!

Safe, clean, and not dated. This has to be one of our favorite hotels. The rooftop dining was awesome and the rooms are very nice. The price is reasonable and perfect for our flights into Melbourne. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay again.

Hyatt Place Melbourne-Perfect stay

Very well laid out hotel. New, clean, and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast with real plates, cups, glasses, and silverware!The rooftop bar/restaurant was open-air with a voew of the airport next to the hotel. Lots of nice!seating arsas throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to return.
