Staff were nice. Room was dark. Lines had bright red appear to be a blood satin in the sheet and comforter on the bed where my husband was laying on. I looked for any open skin on his body but I see no open skin. Large paint chip in the tub which we reported to the front desk. They are nice about it and offered to change the room but we have already settled in the room. Finding the blood on the sheet was midnight so I said tomorrow to change the room. Sink drain makes noice almost sounds like someone is knocking on the door through out the night. When the air/heater comes on, there is a bug clicking sounds that wakes you up in the middle of night.

The front desk staff were super great for our stay. I wish I could remember the names. The guy at check in, name started with D (Demetre?) was super helpful and so was the manager on duty (sorry cannot remember the name). The breakfast buffet was great. Patrick was really helpful preparing for the checkout process and such too. Wish our stay was under better circumstances.. the staff were super accommodating.

This property would fool you. It’s in the middle of a trailer park & next down to a ran down apartment complex. Management wasn’t helpful. The hotel is ran down, it has a still smell in the hallways & elevator. I booked a balcony room and the view was the top of a parking garage & parking lot. Definitely wouldn’t recommend
