Had a wonderful stay! A real tropical delight, reflected in its darling private lanai. Clean and neat as a button. The kitchen has everything you need, to include separate wine and cocktail set-ups. Comfy, new leather furniture, one bathroom, but nice sized with a double sink and generous tiled shower. The beds and bedding are most comfortable. Checkout clean-up is a breeze. Kathleen was welcoming, accommodating and really accessible. She even sent us “Happy Thanksgiving” greetings. The location is mere steps to main street and all of its excitement, restaurants and shops. I look forward to many more visits here.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Tony and Kathleen’s beach condo! The place was clean, well stocked, accurately advertised, and in a great location. We were able to walk downtown everyday whether for coffee, dinner, a drink, or dessert, which was very convenient. Although close to downtown, the location of the condo felt private and you could enjoy the back patio without feeling like you were right next to the busier downtown area. Easily able to drive to the beach and other fun activities close by too! Kathleen and Tony were easy and great to communicate with as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Unfortunately we checked in a few days before Hurricane Milton came to Florida. We were planning on staying a week, and looking forward to it because the town was adorable, but checked out early due to the Hurricane. Amazing Condo

My family and I were very impressed with how clean and well organized this condo was when we arrived. My wife is a very picky when it comes to cleaning and this condo met her standards. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Melbourne again in the future. To top it off, the host (Ms. Kathleen) was very responsive from the start to the end of our stay.

Our family was very happy to find how comfortable our accommodations were. Everything we needed and wanted. Stocked well with all necessities of home, plenty of space for our clothes,etc. I did notice a musty smell mainly in the bedroom to the right which could probably be resolved easily. Other than that, we were very happy to stay and were very happy with the ease of getting to the beach quickly and easily.

Perfect place to stay

We traveled to FL for our daughters softball tournament. This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Loved that it was stocked with everything you would need for a beach vaca. Beach towels, chairs, small cooler, so many extras the owners have thought of to make it easier. Beach was a less than 5 minute drive so close to downtown. Amazing restaurants within walking distance. Having a full stocked kitchen, washer and dryer also made our stay super convenient. I can't wait for our next trip down to Melbourne, we will definitely be staying here again. Owners are wonderful and fast to respond to any questions. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

The unit was in a great location to just park the car and walk to restaurants, bars, recreation and churches. The unit was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. There's an on-site parking lot just for these units, so no problem parking. Overall a great stay and I highly recommend.

Great location for walking to shops and restaurants downtown. There was a pub and breakfast restaurant next door. It was convenient to grab breakfast and then drive 5 minutes to the beach. This place also had beach items (cart, chairs, etc) which was very helpful.

This place was wonderful! We were in a perfect location, within walking distance to some great eateries, music and shops. The area was gorgeous! Our condo was lovely and very clean!
