I arrived on an early flight and even though my room was not ready, the staff took my bag so I could begin my day. A staff member rang me as soon as the room was ready. They had already put my bag in the room when I arrived. The room itself was very quiet. The location was great, a short walk from the bus terminal in one direction and about 2 blocks walk to the heart of the city in the other direction. There was a tram stop about 100m from the hotel's reception. Thanks for a nice stay.
