We were a little surprised by the lack of attention and customer service given by the hotel. Fair to say, our experience was well below what we would have thought for a hotel with this brand name.

Great location for visiting Melbourne- everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The staff at the front desk and concierge desk were very helpful. The heater in our room was broken and when we notified the desk they sent 2 engineers to our room immediately- they fixed the problem right away- we were impressed. Would recommend.

Stayed here for attending a conference. The check-in process was smooth and she was very professional. The bathroom wasn’t too clean when I entered. There were two bottles of shampoo instead of a shampoo and a body wash. Next day I left a note and house keeping changed it. But that day they didn’t refill some of our teas. They also didn’t make up our room till around 6pm that day I think they were too busy. The room was excellent size. It was perfect for me when I needed to work in my room.
