The corner city view room we initially booked into had a terrible noise like an aeroplane flying overhead. We initially ignored it until it got constant at dinner time and we realised it was the lifts. We asked to move to a different room and they happily obliged! Cannot fault staff and service at all. Hyatt rooms could do with a renovation, some peeling paint and tired furniture but overall would stay there again for sure! Also Collins Kitchens food is amazing!!! Buffet breakfast is the best ever!

Nice hotel. Noisy guests.

Hotel and service and people were lovely. People in the next room were inconsiderate and obnoxious. Very loud from 5am and banging doors. Plus the walls are thin so every thump and unchecked screaming from the children and the adults was loud. Complained to front desk but they just got louder on purpose. Terrible. Got a $50 consideration on our bill at checkout. The breakfast buffet is lovely and good value. .

We were very disappointed with the room, it was very tired and had a lot of things broken in the room. The bathroom was quite unclean. We expected better. The hotel is in an excellent location, great food offerings nearby and close to all the shopping.
