This property was in such a convenient location for Richmond station and beyond and the view was to die for. We'll never tire of that fabulous view. We even forgot all about the traffic noise as the view and location were worth the traffic noise alone. The apartment was very modern, everything we like, though was a little worn round the edges and could've been a tad cleaner. Communicating with the team prior to arrival was great, they confidently fulfilled our requests and eased our concerns no problem. We would and have already recommended this property, and would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay any other time im not there sure but when i stayed. After the first night i woke up to find ants crawling in the bed and walls yeah ok fine it happens i had another bed there to sleep in so the guy came in and wiped the walls with vinger. When i had a shower the shower door didnt reach all the way to the ground so the floor was soaked. But what really gets me is the day i leave i go on to put my shoes on and what do i know heaps of ants allover the lounge room floor and on my shoes. Gotta say i was not impressed. The good: staff were real nice and friendly, it had a nice fridge microwave oven etc nice ac to.

The general location was convenient, although the entrance was difficult to locate. In saying that, the staff did provide excellent directions. The room was very spacious and the layout was good. Cutlery, plates and such were clean and I could tell that the room had been vacuumed before i got there. However, the carpet and furniture were stained, the walls had black marks all over them and there was visible dust on some of the furniture in the lounge area. There were two bathrooms, they were lovely, luxurious and clean. The mattress was uncomfortable, and probably is due to be replaced. There were a few things that could have made the stay a little bit better, there was a good tea and coffee selection but no milk in the fridge, there were no instructions for the washer dryer (and there was crusty wash. ng powder left in the washing machine) and the room is not soundproofed at all, there was an unnecessary window in the bedroom nook, if the wardrobe or a cupboard was there instead it would help in reducing the traffic noises. If you are just staying the night for business and don't need to worry about getting any sleep then this place would be pretty perfect. I will say even though I never saw any of the staff, all interactions with them were friendly and polite.
