"When we checked in the attendant was rude. We arrived at 1:30PM and was told the room was ready. However, we could not check in until 2:00 PM. If we checked in at 1:30 we had to pay $25. We did but couldn't figure why we had to pay the fee. The attendant just said that's the rule."
