Basic, a little dated but comfortable!

The apartments are clean and functional, they have everything you need to a basic stay, cooking and cleaning! The property and facilities are alittle dated and our shower riser didn’t work so we had to balance the shower head to clean! The beds were reasonably comfy and they do also provide duvets should you wish! Was far too hot for me when we stayed. On checking in the staff did speak alittle English which made checking in easier as my French isn’t great! There is a communal washer and drier downstairs along with a couple of vending machines for the basics! We couldn’t find an immediate shop nearby but the center is only a short tram trip down the road! Overall we were very happy and comfortable and the price was excellent so if your just after a base camp or somewhere to stay for an extended time without breaking the bank I would highly recommend!

Better than expected.

The "hotel" was in a clinic(?), away from commercial places. But it was public transit (Metro 1 and Bus 12) accessible with OK signage. I waited 30 minutes for front desk to open. After that, it was great: very spacious room with kitchenettes. (A continuous hum from bathroom though.) On my departure, the co-managers themselves complimented my French (!) and pulled my 2 roller bags to downstairs.

Don’t arrive on Weekends as checking in can be tricky as there may be no one in reception. Area is quiet and served by a tram.Reception are helpful and there’s washing machine and dryer. Could do with bit more cleanliness and a paint job in apartment I was in.

It's good budget hotel. Little remote from the public transport. I requested for a double bed but got 2 twin beds connected together, did not like it at all. Called several times but no help desk during weekends or after hours. Otherwise cleaning was good and room was specious.

Super cheap appart hĂŽtel to use for one night only

I made a reservation for one night only. The appart hotel is located behind a medical unit. There is no people in the lobby at the entrance and door seems to be open all night. So I would be a bit concerned about the safety if I had to stay longer and leave my personal belongings inside. I have not met a single person during my stay as I was given instruction to take my keys in a safe (with keys for other people too). I tried to contact multiple times the phone number that they provided for emergence and i was never Able to reach someone. The room is really average (ok for this price) with a bed comfort that make my night uncomfortable. The kitchen area is super cheap and not adequate for a long stay. I left the place by leaving the key in a mailbox without seeing anybody during my whole stay. I have stayed in place as cheap before and had better impressions. Not value for money but a last minute solution if you have nowhere to go.

Nous sommes restĂ©s 5 jours en pleine pĂ©riode de canicule. Un ventilateur pour deux dans un appartement "Ă  peu prĂšs" propre : ce qui est visible Ă©tait propre joint de la salle de bain, calcaire, draps, et dĂšs qu'on regarde mieux : nids de poussiĂšre sous le lit, peinture Ă©caillĂ©e partout, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur mĂȘme pas remis en fonctionnement et propre (une odeur...). Pas de proposition de changements de draps/serviettes alors que nous sommes restĂ©s 5 jours et que le temps s'y prĂȘtait au vu de la chaleur. Pas de proposition de ventilateur supplĂ©mentaire et de bouteille d'eau en plus. Dans une situation comme celle ci le minimum est de donner la possibilitĂ© aux gens de survivre Ă  la canicule. Service absent.

Cela fait 2 fois que nous venons sĂ©journer Ă  City RĂ©sidence et c’est vraiment sympa. L’équipe est trĂšs disponible et agrĂ©able, j’ai apprĂ©ciĂ© la qualitĂ© du matelas qui nous a bien reposĂ©. Il y avait quelques tĂąches et poils sur les draps, c’est aussi pour cela que je n’attribue pas 5 Ă©toiles. Le quartier n’est pas trĂšs plus agrĂ©able avec le camp de Gitan au pied de la rĂ©sidence. Je dĂ©conseillerais aux femmes seules de s’y aventurer tard la nuit. Sinon, c’est globalement sĂ©curisĂ© car ils ont installĂ© un systĂšme de code pour accĂ©der au bĂątiment ! Ce qui n’était pas le cas avant, donc nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ©. Sinon, la proximitĂ© du tram St Pierre et des diffĂ©rents bus est vraiment apprĂ©ciable, vous ĂȘtes en ville en quelques minutes ! Que ce soit pour un sĂ©jour en couple ou en famille c’est vraiment super, la qualitĂ© gĂ©nĂ©rale est trĂšs bien pour le rapport qualitĂ©/prix. C’est vraiment calme la nuit, aucun soucis de nuisance sonore pour notre part. Il manquerait juste une climatisation, bien qu’un ventilateur est Ă  disposition directement dans la chambre, on ne peut pas dormir la fenĂȘtre fermĂ©e donc bonjour les moustiques en cas de forte chaleur 😄 La kitchenette est trĂšs pratique, et la salle de bain Ă©tait vraiment propre. On y retourne avec plaisir pour notre prochain voyage Ă  Marseille, Ă  trĂšs bientĂŽt!
