The lady who checked us in was very courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The handle on the faucet in the lavatory was loose and needs to be tightened up. My big complaint is that the refrigerator compressor came on in the middle of the night and sounded like a table saw. I finally the next morning figured out how to turn it off so it did not come on again, but it was very irritating the first night.

All the employees were friendly and the lady at the front desk went above when she let me use a charger. Room was very nice. We like using Best Western Plus as they have a refrigerator and microwave, free coffee and machine. Love this place!!

Check-in was a little slow, but the staff were nice enough. Room was comfortable enough and clean, but pretty outdated with signs of wear. I disliked that I, as a solo female traveler, was given a room with an adjoining door. The room next door was empty, so I didn’t push the issue, but this is a huge security concern for female travelers.

It was excellent. There was only two things to know that was very minor. The soap dispenser did not have soap in it, but we were able to use the shampoo. They were not Kleenex in the room like they’re normally are, but we had brought our own anyway.
