Disliked: Cleanliness
The house was very big a spacious, however the bathe rooms were not cleaned properly, the sofa had candy nerds all over the cushions, the lawn, brush. Bushes and weeds were over grown all over the property. I did take photos and send to the property manager the owner messaged me to let me know the price reflected the property he did offer to send a cleaning crew (like that’s what we wanted at check in) we cleaned it ourselves. Note if you want the whole house you must pay for 11 people I booked the house with 9 people and got locked out of one bedroom had to pay an extra $$ to get access to it. I think the owner should have given us access to that room considering the cleaning we had to do. I’m sure his cleaning crew would have charged more.
Property is very quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway if you don’t mind doing some cleaning.
The owner did offer to give us a one day refund if we wanted to check out, we were vendors up for the butterfly festival and the whole town was booked so that wasn’t an option
