You will find yourself in the heart of the historic downtown in beautiful Marietta, OH. You'll be within just footsteps of the best shopping and dining that Marietta has to offer! Our apartment is newly remodeled and features exposed brick walls throughout the apartment, lots of natural light, as well as a comfortable queen bed, a full size kitchen, living room and bathroom. We include a parking space for the lot directly across from the apartment as well.

Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Marietta, the area is surrounded by charming shops, restaurants and attractions. Our apartment is within walking distance of it all.

Most everything is walkable. We do include a numbered parking space in the parking lot across from the apartment.

My husband and I had a short visit for business and this location was fantastic. It’s central to all the wonderful sights and experiences in Marietta. Perfect place for two. Close to everything. The Market has really good subs. Being on main roads and an older building, you do hear traffic and people outside and can hear people walking above you, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Apartment was clean and linens were soft. Would stay there again for sure.
