There was a paint brush on the floor as well as paint the beds were clean there was some stuff on the wall the lady at the front desk was nice but after I got into the room received a call that I was checked into the wrong room the room smelled like old lady perfume it was only for a night so it’s not like it’s the end of the world but I won’t be staying here again

I made a reservation, but when I got there my room was not available. I had driven 4 hours and had to to stay elsewhere. Travelocity should not do business with them.

The pools were dirty they had 3 tables 4 loungers all nasty wallpaper coming off walls in breakfast area cigarette butts all over on the ground. But on the upside rooms were clean & the people were pleasant

Good resting place
From the outside, this Best Western does not look great, but inside, everything is fresh and new looking. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. I would have like a couple electrical outlets in the room so we could charge crll phone and I Pad easier. We used the outlet for the coffee pot. Best of all is the dining facility. Not fancy to look at, but the food was 5 star quality. We ordered a half slab of ribs that rivaled specialty rib restaurants! The salads were crisp with garden fresh cucumbers and tomatoes. Very impressed. The staff with whom we came into contact were helpful and seemed to anticipate our needs. If we pass through Marietta, Ohio again and it fit an overnight resting location, we would definitely opt to stay at this Best Western Plus.
